After conducting a competitive pitch process, Air New Zealand Airpoints™ has appointed RAPP as its specialist agency partner tasked to manage all customer relationship and data driven marketing for its Airpoints programme, as of 1 April. Working closely with the Air New Zealand Airpoints team, RAPP will deliver world-class, customer-centric programmes and communications designed to increase customer loyalty and engagement while growing value for Air New Zealand.
