On the heels of its recently announced realignment, Track has experienced rapid growth for the first quarter of 2016, prompting 10 new hires and a search for more top talent to join the team.
Following the acquisition and expansion of several significant accounts, Track has promoted Andy Bell to head up Track's combined planning and digital capabilities including UX design and digital production.
Bell's planning team has been further strengthened by the addition of Nicola Henshaw. Nicola joins Track in the role of planning director having returned to New Zealand following a three-year-stint as planning partner at RAPP UK where she worked on Virgin Media, Dulux, PayPal and Bayer.
Henshaw's arrival is just the latest in a string of ten hires since the start of the year for Track, with further growth seen in the creative team, digital design and development, and client services.
In February, Sarndra Bell came on board as the director of client services after four years with Affinity ID. Bell is also actively seeking a new senior account director and senior account managers to support the increasing client demand for Track's services.
Track's managing director, Rob Limb, says that more and more businesses are looking to intelligently transform the way they connect with customers.
Says Limb: "It's been a busy, yet exciting year so far for our team. Organic growth from existing clients, especially Westpac and Air New Zealand, along with winning AA Insurance's business in partnership with DDB and OMD, has really lifted our business in the first quarter of 2016."
Limb believes an increase in available data and the emergence of new technologies has opened up plenty of new opportunities for business, and businesses are increasingly recognising their need for someone to help steer them through that space.
Says Limb: "We've seen first-hand the challenges that these trends have created. More businesses are talking to us about how to navigate change and complexity, translating the opportunities that data and technology afford them into measurably better customer experiences and real business growth."
